Are there any Dietary Restrictions while taking SynexDiet™?
The short answer is no because SynexDiet™ was developed to work regardless of your diet. Too many “diets” are restrictive and unbalanced, particularly when it comes to carbohydrates, and most people gain the weight right back when they stop “dieting”. With that being said, I recommend that you try to make healthy choices while still eating what you want – just a bit less of it. Exercise is a very important component to overall health and wellness and should be added to your daily regimen.
How to take SynexDiet™?
SynexDiet™ works best by taking 2 capsules 3 times a day on an empty stomach at least an hour before or 2 hours after a meal. For best results, take SynexDiet™ after you get up in the morning, before lunch and again before dinner. While SynexDiet™ does not contain any added stimulants the ingredients that we use have energy boosting properties in addition to fat burning abilities and some people may find they have too much energy taking them close to bedtime. This is not a jittery type of energy like you get with some of the stimulant-based diet products on the market but rather a “ready to go” feeling that sustains us throughout the day.
How Can I Get the Fastest Results Using SynexDiet™?
To get the fastest results, using SynexDiet™ I recommend adopting good eating and lifestyle habits over time and that means:
- Drink lots of COLD water. When you drink cold water your body has to warm the water up to body temperature and that burns calories and fat! Your body needs lots of water to rid itself of the fat. A good rule of thumb is to drink at least half your body weight in ounces so if you weigh 200 lbs, you should be trying to drink at least 100 ounces of water a day.
- Eat a good breakfast to rev up your metabolism.
- Don’t eat too much at one sitting. The ingredients in SynexDiet™ will help curb your appetite so you will eat less anyway.
- Try to eat 5-6 small meals or snacks throughout the day doing your best to eat something at least every 2-3 hours. Eating stimulates fat burning and fasting shuts it down.
- Try to eat heavier at breakfast and lunch and lighter at dinner. It is okay to have a small snack after dinner if you must.
- Cut down on the sodas and sugary junk food but don’t completely deprive yourself if you really want it.
- Try your best to avoid coffee, or highly caffeinated beverages and diet sodas or anything with artificial sweeteners or high fructose corn syrup (read labels carefully). Research indicates that they can make you hungrier and actually slow down your metabolism, which can contribute to your fat gain. It is also important to avoid Hydrogenated/Partially Hydrogenated Trans Fats made from cottonseed and soy as well - they make Insulin Resistance worse and contribute to making you fat.
I found that eating fish or shrimp for dinner instead of beef, pork or chicken gave me my fastest fat loss. Since soy can slow your metabolism try to avoid it while you are trying to lose fat and inches.
Eat whatever you want in moderation and enjoy yourself! Remember that restrictive diets don’t work in the long term. SynexDiet™ is designed to allow you to eat the foods like while it helps you burn calories and overcome your hunger and cravings so that you can get rid of the fat and keep it off!

I personally lost 45 lbs. in just under 3 months. SynexDiet™ will help you lose weight quickly and easily whether you need to lose 5 lbs or 100 lbs. Just remember that you didn’t become Insulin Resistant overnight so be patient – it will come off thanks to SynexDiet™.
What is Insulin Resistance?
Scientifically, Insulin Resistance or Syndrome-X is a decreased ability to use insulin to transport glucose into the body's cells where it is needed for energy production. Insulin Resistance occurs as a result of the pancreas trying to compensate for the cells' glucose deprivation by producing more insulin eventually oversaturating the cells ability to react to the increased insulin and making it become resistant to the positive blood sugar lowering effects of insulin. Simply put Insulin Resistance occurs when your body is no longer able to properly process the sugars and carbohydrates you eat and stores it as fat rather than uses the carbs for energy as it would if your body was functioning properly. Yes. SynexDiet™ will help treat the Insulin Resistance by stabilizing your blood sugar levels and stimulating your body to utilize the carbohydrates and sugars you eat. SynexDiet™ will also help decrease your appetite and stimulate your metabolism so you lose the fat caused by the Insulin Resistance. This will also help prevent diabetes.
Why isn’t SynexDiet™ full of caffeine or ephedra? I thought these ingredients help give you energy and burn fat?
The only caffeine in SynexDiet™ is the small amount found naturally in Cha de Bugre. We do not add any ephedra, theobromine, green tea extract, caffeine or any other stimulants because, contrary to popular belief, these stimulants actually contribute to Insulin Resistance and can make and keep you overweight. Recent research has implicated caffeine (particularly coffee) and other stimulants in the promotion of hunger, food cravings, abdominal fat deposits and Insulin Resistant weight gain. Avoiding any products that contain stimulants and artificial sweeteners can really speed up your fat and inch loss.
What is the maximum amount of SynexDiet™ I can take?
For the majority of SynexDiet™ users, 2 capsules 3 times a day works best and produces the fastest fat and inch loss. Since we are all biochemically unique individuals, some people may need less. You can experiment to determine the best does for you. You can also try taking 2 additional capsules in the evening an hour or two before bed if you usually experience late night cravings.
If you experience very little fat or inch loss while taking SynexDiet™, ask your doctor to check your thyroid. Although some of the ingredients in SynexDiet™ are natural thyroid stimulators, a very low thyroid could slow down your fat loss even with SynexDiet™. This happened to me as well. It is normal and you are still losing fat. Remember that your REAL goal is to lose inches and fat so what you weigh on the scale is not as important as how you look. After you lose a certain amount of fat, your body reaches a temporary set point where you are still burning fat but it won’t show up on the scale. The reason for this is that your body has to regulate itself after getting rid of a large amount of fat and it can then create a new set point or maintenance weight for itself at your new lower weight. It may take a few days or even weeks after hitting this set point before your body will allow more pounds to come off. Having your body reset itself is very good – it is just gearing up for more fat burning. Be patient – the fat and inches will continue to come off and remember that muscle weighs more and takes up less space than fat so the scale is not a true measure of your fat loss. Instead rely on the pinch test, measuring tape and how your clothes fit to best assess your fat/inch loss. My best advise it to avoid the scale like the plague that it is!
Can I continue to take SynexDiet™ after I have lost weight?
Yes. Many people feel so good from the mood elevating effects of the herbs in SynexDiet™ that they continue to take it after they have achieved their fat loss goals. You will only need to take 1 capsule of SynexDiet™ 3 times a day if you are already at your desired size. I continue to take it myself to maintain my weight.
